Learn to hula hoop! Adults bring your kids! Or a friend's, neighbour's or borrow some! We are running an adults hoop class alongside a hula hoop play session for the kids.
Hoop, have fun, make new friends, and feel FABULOUS!
Learn to hula hoop on different parts of your body, amazing circus tricks, hoopdance routines, hoop games and invent your own hula hoop tricks!
The classes run Saturday starting 23rd February 2019, term time only.
Classes take place from 10.30 – 11.30 at Lordswood Girl’s School, Knightlow Road, Edgbaston B17 8QB in the Sports Hall. Each class costs £6 to admin one adult and one child, with additional family members £4.
Our instructors are fully insured, hold Enhanced DBS, and are safeguarding trained.
Adults can learn hula hooping for fitness, funky tricks, and how to dance with the hoop with Rachel and children can learn hooping, play hoop games, build hoop obstacle courses and dens with Laura. Hooping isn’t compulsary for either adult or child, but we do encourage it!
What You Need to Do Before Attending
Please complete this Spinsonic Children’s ParQ form – one for the adult and one for the child, and bring it with you or email it to rachel@spinsonic.uk in advance- you will not be allowed to participate without a completed form.
Please bring a drink and wear comfortable clothing – ideally nothing too baggy as this makes it more difficult to hoop.
